Once the final artwork or project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the custom nature of the work.

Shipping & Delivery Processing Time: Completed art commissions are securely packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after the painting is fully done. Tracking: Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you as soon as the package is dropped off at the carrier. Carrier Details: We primarily ship packages via [e.g., USPS Ground Advantage]. Damages & Lost Packages: While I take immense care in packing items safely, lavibra is not legally responsible for postal carrier delays, lost packages, or items damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim if an issue arises.
